Por que o Controlador de Tráfego Aéreo não tem sua proffisão regulamentada?

Olá Caro(a) Internauta,

Você já se perguntou como uma profissão tão importante e estressante como a de Controlador de Tráfego Aéreo ainda hoje não é regulamentada?

Hoje nós estamos com uma carência enorme de Controladores e o órgão empregador do sistema, mesmo fazendo grandes esforços, não consegue aumentar sua quantidade.

Por que será?

A falta de uma regulamentação, em forma de Lei, para a formação e atuação no trabalho causa desconforto e insegurança, será esse um dos motivos?

SKYbrary Highlights Aircraft Tie Down An aircraft tie-down scheme is designed to minimise the possibility of aircraft movement due to high winds or propeller/jet-efflux. Tie down is most likely to apply to aircraft up to about 12 tonnes for normal conditions. However, in the case of extremely high winds, particularly if a Hurricane is expected to pass by in the vicinity of an aerodrome, then much larger aircraft may need to be secured.
